Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of the order date. Purchases made after 2 pm GMT will not be shipped until the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking details from our fulfillment partners courier service provider once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that as we are delivering alcohol the delivery driver will require the recipient at the stated delivery address to have identification confirming age to be at least 18 years old. 

If you are experiencing issues with your shipment prior to despatch, please send an email to info@charlesedge.com and we will be happy to assist you.

If your order has been dispatched, and you have received tracking information, please contact the courier provider quoting your tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, Charles Edge London Ltd is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
